Additionally, a training plan that matches your abilities and goals can boost your confidence in the gym! Because you have a clear target in mind and know exactly what to do and what equipment you need. This also eliminates aimlessly wandering around the gym.

I create your training plan to align with:

Your goals: A woman who wants a bikini physique shouldn't train the same way as a powerlifter.

Your desired level of commitment: not everyone wants to dedicate 100% of their life to training and recovery for maximum development. We mainly focus on sustainable progress. And of course, we can achieve great results with less commitment too!

Your capabilities and resources: there's no point in creating a list of exercises for which you don't have the equipment or skills.

Your training experience: For example, advanced trainees typically need different stimuli for maximum development than beginners.

Your lifestyle: when planning workouts, we need to consider how many days per week you can actually make it to the gym.

After your purchase, I'll send you a questionnaire, which I'll use to make your training plan as individualized as possible.

If needed, I can also add nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

This training plan is in English, but it can also be provided in Estonian if desired.

Creating the plan usually takes up to 3 business days (after receiving the completed questionnaire).

I also offer personal training in Tallinn for an additional fee.
