Treeningkavas on kasutatud 24-7 Fitness jõusaali Gymleco masinaid, kuid loomulikult sobivad ka teised sarnased masinad sarnaste tulemuste saavutamiseks. Nagu pildilt näed, siis väljas on väga külm ja tuleb ikka soe sisse teha. Üldiseks soojenduseks sobib aeroobne (jooks või muu kerge tegevus trenažööridel näiteks 5-10 minutit) ning lisaks võimlemine ja dünaamilised venitused. Mõlemad ideaalis kokku umbes 10-15min. Ilmselt kõige olulisem osa soojendusest on harjutuse spetsiifiline soojendus. Ehk siis soojendusseeriad enne harjutuse tööseeriate sooritamist. Punane tulp on aeg mis harjutuse peale kulub ja roheline tulp on harjutuse efektiivsus. Meil on kolm harjutust. Harjutus 1 on arenguks parim, kuid võtab poole kauem aega kui Harjutus 2. Harjutus 2 annab poole ajaga 80% tulemustest mis Harjutus 1 annab. Harjutus 3 võtab poole vähem aega kui Harjutus 1, kuid annab ka poole vähem tulemusi. Päriselus loomulikult ei ole see tihtipeale nii lihtne ja konkreetne nagu tabelis, aga poindi peaks selgeks tegema küll.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Superseeria tähendab, et teed kahte harjutust üksteise järel. Näiteks pumpab biitsepsit ja sealt edasi pumpad triitsepsit suht kohe peale. Puhkad alles siis kui mõlemad harjutused on tehtud. Ja siis kordad sama ringi. Loomulikult võid ka nende harjutuste vahel veidi puhata, sest kops koos pole mõtet triitsepsit pumpama hakata. Superseeria on ilmselt kõige efektiivsem kasutades harjutusi millel töötavad lihased ei kattu. Näiteks vastaslihased nagu triitseps ja biitseps. Teine näide oleks rind ja selg. Samuti võib teha ka jalgu ja käsi superseeriana. Kõige mõistlikum on katsetada ringi ja näha mis sinul toimib kõige paremini.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Blogi - Minimalistlik treenimine - Nagu ka eelnevalt mainitud on minimalistliku lähenemisega mõistlik hoida pingutustase kõrge. See tähendaks 0-2 kordust varus. Kordused varus on hea pingutustaseme määraja, millega saab ka samuti progresseeruda. Näiteks esimene treeningtsükkli nädal teha kõik harjutused 5 kordust varus. Teine nädal 4 kordust varus jne. Samal ajal isegi kui raskus jääks samaks, oleksid ikkagist progresseerunud positiivselt. Ainuke miinus sellel on, et tihtipeale hinnatakse oma korduseid varus väga valesti. Selleks, et seda õigesti hinnata peaksid ilmselt harjutused viima suutlikkuseni. Seda on mõistlik teha kellegi valvsa pilgu all ja oluline on kasutada turvalist tehnikat.</image:title>
